okay, the main story conclusion was only 30% of this book and the rest is about Brixton business. OK

more of aiden’s backstory? When are we going to have questions answered? Like I want to know how the guys figured out they were being sent on a goose chase across the island/her location when she was kidnapped etc... ;( this book is frustrating

Somehow the author has just said ‘fuck the original story with Angels stalker’ and has made it about the Brixton’s business dealings (which was basically book 3), this moment in the book, they’re literally suiting up with weapons to go deal with ‘Zero and his men who have intercepted’ one of the Brixton’s hauls. I swear.
