It started out with a fire at an orphanage and a young girl who died and her dad trying to solve the case. so they go to a mental hospital to talk to a girl who they think might have seen something. Her story is long and starts out with her and her mom hiking, it starts flooding and she starts drowning. until she wakes up alive and it's her mom that actually died. but know she doesn't know where she is. is it real?

A young girl who "saw" the fire is telling her story. and at the end of the story when Catching stops telling her story, Beth's dad and Beth left and immediately after they left the dad called the bluff and then it all makes sense to Beth. that she was lying. So she stormed back in there and then realized that Catching can see her. someone else can see her other than her dad...
