In reading this anthology, Betrayal, I’m either learning about British history or revisiting periods from fresh points of view. Both cause my storyteller’s mind to wonder why people have a need to go over history with either a microscope, or a spyglass.

Or is my obsession over “what might have been” simply my cingulate system stuck. So many why’s and why nots.
