This book is difficult to read. Not because of style or intellectual depth, but because of how the author needs to ruin every good point and argument he raises with hyperbole polemic opinion on the next page. Calling out double standards of organic food production is necessary, but moving on to ridiculing „climate change hysteria“ certainly takes a step in the wrong direction from there.
