Excellent! Even though it was written in 1922, it contains timeless information that clarifies much of the info believed by the masses. Life changing to say the least. I’m not even through the book and I have been able to see immediate results by applying what I’ve learned so far. Highly recommended on so many levels. It’s about much more than just “healthy eating”. Philosophical, scientific, clear.
