Apparently to get away with continued harassment and verbal abuse- you just have to pretend you're on a mobile phone call, which means you're not actually talking to the persons in your vicinity, even if you deliberately come outside and direct it toward them.

Just bananaphone your hand, and don't make direct eye contact - voila! you're instantly let off your crime!!!

I'm so fucking done with the police and system here against abusive pieces of shit being allowed to get off easily. Any advice how to nip this shit in the bud, for once and for all??? this fucker needs to get gone, permanently.

So sorry that you have to put up with that crap....sadly, verbal abuse is usually not considered a priority unless it escalates to more.

unfortunately its escalated to more than that, he's vandalized my place, sent notes, said vulgar things... which is how i got the restraining order to begin with and he's on a behaviour bond for breaking it... but now they refuse to even try to charge him with offences.
