While I am still reading the book and I like the fluidity and slight humour, it irks me how the author is overly patronising and portrays himself as a neuroscientist at times , a philosopher and a life coach at others .

The book would have been better if it encompassed on a wider range of issues at play in a normal individual’s life instead of taking the cliched ‘either this ‘, ‘or that’ approach.
