I loveeee this book! Some differences I noticed from the movies were a lack of Legolas and Tauriel, and chapter 10 is entirely different from the scene(s) at Lake-town in the movies. But I still like the book more.

GOLLUM!! Finally ;) although he called Bilbo just "Baggins" instead of "Bagginses" so I was kinda like, "darn..." I'm sorry, I watched the movies first. But I like the book better.

I fell asleep reading this because I was putting so much effort into trying to picture the dwarves (technically the proper plural is dwarfs, according to a note at the beginning of the book, but the book uses dwarves, so I'll use dwarves) differently than they are in the movies, because I don't remember seeing any blue or yellow beards (Dwalin, Balin, Kili, & Fili) and I was also trying to remember their names! xD
