So far it's very much like Jane Eyre. I'm hoping it will be a bit different as it goes on, because as good a story as Jane Eyre is, I've reached saturation point with it, kwim?
I hope this one won't be a weak imitation of Jane Eyre then if it is. The synopsis made this book sound uber-gothic, which is a good thing.
