It started so promising but then the author goes and assigns Self 1 (talking) and Self 2 (doing). How the heck am I to remember throughout the book which one is which? Numbers are so random and have no relation to the topic!
This was already something that bugged me when reading Thinking, Fast and Slow by Daniel Kahneman.
There surely must be a better way to make the reader follow.
