Definitely not, lol. It’s a super dark horror comedy critique of animal experimentation and abuse. Somehow feels perfect for an animated adaptation though. Doctor Rat breaks into song enough, but Disney would probably frown upon lyrics about castration and spinal fluid removal. 😂
