So far everybody good in this book is gorgeous. And though Violet is supposedly underdog she’s got all the right people already rooting for her… I’m cringing but will keep going

I was convinced by Nat to try fully reading thru it with less expectations… some parts are still eye roll unbearable but imagining everything as a cartoon helps and giving Kelly live updates as I read has been really fun haha

I’m considering DNFing I can’t stand how cheesy this is. It’s a consistent struggle not to roll my eyes and shiver as everything about this book so far is CORNY okay … corn on the cob CORNY AF to a degree near unfathomable.
