This twists into more than guesses about a few characters. The tour of Niagara Falls, entirely familiar, was more complete than of the mystery's Toronto region. Casa Loma itself was nothing more than where the kids stayed. It bothers me that Eric detailed baseball but didn't mention the hero who built but lost Casa Loma to government greed! The past would, moreover, have supplied a far more compelling adventure.

I have long looked forward to this novel a great deal, since my brother told me about Casa Loma's extraordinary owner. It's a shame Eric isn't incorporating, thus far, the wonderful man who took care of Toronto people; including providing them with low cost electricity. The Ontario government couldn't bear that and overthrew his generousity; something they shouldn't get away with. Eric should write about him.
