Digestible memoirs have been traded for weighty, medical anecdotes. Still interesting, but harder to read in large chunks.

Maybe it's just because I'm coming off the back of a long, plodding read - or maybe it's because I'm sat out in the sunshine for the first time in far too long - but this is very readable.

I will now read more.
