Reading again, but not liking it.

most stories are investigations into truth - truth about ourselves, about the universe, etc. "Science" in this 'science fiction', lies in this process of investigating reality, seeking the knowledge, truth, discovery.

The reading is engaging, but somewhat dry, and the parable-taste of every story is rather off-putting. It's like the narrative is not for its own sake, but every story carries a meaning, a symbolism.
