absolutely HATE the part where etiennes mum gets sick. i get that it’s for the plot, but it’s so sad and depressing and st clair is so grumpy and mean😭 (understandably - not judging). it’s just so much more fun when they’re flirting god st clair is literally so in love with anna it makes my heart hurt🥹🥹🫶🏼

ughh this BOOK🥹🥹 i literally cannot get over it. it’s definitely one of my all-time faves🫶🏼 and the little moment i just read? anna was thinking about how lovely st. clair’s hair is, and then he comes right out and goes “you have perfect hair” and SMOOTHS IT DOWN??? IM HYPERVENTILATING LIKE JESUS
