Natalya
Natalya is finished
My deep admiration for this book mostly lends itself to the second story with Robert Frobisher, an unreliable narrator who's letters were enchanting to me. The end of his correspondence had me sobbing and continues to if I just think about it, his letters really impacted me and it has become a favorite. I have mixed feelings about the rest, I did love some stories but as a whole the book is mixed.

2/6 stories

"Choristers weren't damnably bad, but the organist's only hope for salvation was a bullet through the brain. Told him so, too -- tact and restraint all well and good in small talk but one mustn't beat around any bush where music is concerned"
I loved the nerve of the Story 2 guy
