97 pages into a travel memoir and the author is apparently having the most boring vacation ever. I love travel memoirs, but I feel like this is the book version of having to look at an acquaintance's vacation photos. Yes, she travels but this sums up every page, "I'm here and I talked to this person. I looked at this thing. We left and went somewhere else."
