"Operator Assisted Calls Are Charged At A Higher Rate" A bully of a man abuses the telephone company, and the company gets revenge. Very Twilight Zone-ish. In fact, I KNOW I've seen an episode very similar to this story. Anyway, for anyone who's ever had to deal with belligerent customers, this is a fun read.
