P 154 - No Malcolm, I don't think that the salespeople who tried to sell their cars at a higher margin to women and black folks had an unconscious bias. The bias was very conscious.
This book can sound very patronising at times.
I will not quit it just yet as it made me find the IAT test after 6 years of looking for it.
