Great balls of fire! After slogging through 94 pages of this, I just now discovered on Amazon that it's an abridgement -- which is indicated NOWHERE on the book. Oh, well, I'm finding it rather a chore to get through anyway. But still I feel I've been cheated out of the genuine book.
