Excuse me? How is it even remotely his girlfriend’s fault from him killing when she had no idea???

Honestly this author is blatantly sexist and homophobic at this point.

I don’t know if I’m being dramatic now but this has irritated me:
“What will a man do if his girlfriend often criticizes him by telling him he is too “soft”? Most men would head to the nearest gym and build some muscles, some would read blogs on the internet and take tips on how to become the ultimate alpha male.”

Where’s the source for this or is this his idea AGAIN of what a “man” should be?

I will finish this book as I only have a handful of pages left, but after all the spelling errors and other updates I have made regarding this book, I will have to give it a 1 star.

He refers to one victim as a “fast woman” rather than a sex worker / prostitute which I find sexist. This paired with the homophobia in a different chapter, has really angered me as I have found the case’s interesting and new.

Onto the second chapter now, and it states that William Bonin killed in 1979-1980 but was executed in 1966? I have had to Google when he was executed, and it was 1996.

On its own, this has lost the book a star already as for a True Crime book I expect dates and facts to be accurate.
