So far this book is quite eccentric. The dialogue is so quirky that I'm constantly wondering why the characters are talking in tangents. Different characters appear to have the same bizarre quirk which makes them not so believable as characters or gives me the sense that the author isn't doing much of a job on character differentiation. Then again, I am listening to this as an audiobook, so maybe that's not helping.
