I read through page 152, so I don’t know why Goodreads said I finished the book. My take as a Catholic striving for truth: I thought the first half of the book was good and morbidly realistic (I have seen all the stuff listed at the charter school I work at). The last third of the book drove me nuts because it demonized the left wing and held up the right wing as saints. Lots of subjective language too
