I keep telling everyone I’m savoring every word of this book, and it’s true. I’ve dog-eared so many pages (it’s my own copy don’t worry) and truly don’t want to reach the end. I’ve also cried on 4 different occasions now, this is a book after my own heart. Stories for slow and languid childhood summers where you feel things changing, and hold on tight to the wonder of the little, simple things.
