When I was a little girl, I thought we chose how we wanted to
go. And so, I told myself I would want to die in a giant palace of
sweets and chocolates, where I could go with a full belly,
surrounded by the things I loved the most in the world.

He yawned and closed his eyes before turning his back to me. I thought
