Dug into this audiobook today during household chores and at first I didn’t buy the sensationalized, one-punch “read that twice” kind of writing Mark Manson often delivers. But this books dives a lot into human psychology that effectively breaks down the philosophy of hope as well as the recipe cooking hope up in the face of despair.
