Lyric - Sanchez: Autistic narrator who uses a verbalizing assistant program. Weird creature companion, though.

Courting the Silent Sun - Jones: Deaf couple on a mission to a reluctant colony. Interesting, but strange.

In Open Air - Fuller: Generation ship has some issues. Another deaf one!

Losing Touch - Hughes: This was a hard one to get into for me. "Losing touch" indeed.

into the waters I rode down - Marr: Oh no, not a stream-of-consciousness story! And it's the first one involving a deaf person, too...

Playa Song - Kuppers: Not a fan, too disjointed for me to enjoy.

Puppetry - Buchanan: Interesting story, but while I liked Merie herself, I found the puppet-warriors thing to be bizarre as hell.

Screens - Rich: Premise was fascinating, trying to overcome invisible disabilities leads to its own issues.

A Sense All Its Own - Patterson: Strange world, but fun story.

Better to Have Loved - O'Connor: This was a hard one to read--a pill to remove grief.

Morphic Resonance - MacNutt: I think this one was just confusing, maybe because I didn't understand the world in which this stuff was somehow illicit.

Invisible People - Killjoy: A very dystopian look at our future. Keep Portland weird.

The Lessons of the Moon - Chng: Effective at showing the narrator's pain, but eh...
