I just finished Never Work Again: Work Less, Earn More and Live Your Freedom and gave it 5 stars.

I'd even say that building an effective system is your duty as an entrepreneur – if you don't have a replicable system that can work on other people's time, then you're not a real entrepreneur; if your business dies when you die, the value your business creates in the world dies with you.
