So far, not too impressed. This book seemed to have a fair amount of hype surrounding it and even claimed to be Dickensian and gothic. Mmm, not sure yet, but the writing is light in style so far, not too much beneath the surface and pretty much everything is spelt out for the reader. I am hoping it picks up.
