i think i will be returning this book to target :/ i loved sussman’s first book but this one is just feeling so amateur to me. it feels like it just jumped right in without enough build up for kathleen to already be experiencing the feelings that she’s having rather than still being angry. i am just not loving the cheesiness of the writing. am i growing up?! out of my romcom phase?? will b headed back to fantasy
