Unlikable heroine, a run of the mill plot I don’t like, moving way too fast, irresponsible, pace is so slow, same thing say after day, getting clausto. In first person POV which NEVER works in a romance, not good ones anyway, and SUCKS. Doesn’t even have hero’s POV. All her. So old by now. She had similarities I was glad to see in heroine but not utilized correctly. She does too good for being shy &bad decisions.

July 8 So glad to finally be done. This plot was so not necessary, so random, and didn’t fit in with the characters at all. Should have just been a romance and left it at that instead of trying to be romantic suspense. Never liked the characters, moved way too fast, claustrophobic book with hardly any settings.

This plot is going NOWHERE. NOTHING is happening. There’s so much talk about what’s going on but actually nothing has happened. There’s a supremely annoying amount of overthinking and it’s getting on my last nerve. I’ve just had it with these characters and this whole story. It’s so boring!

I don’t understand the thought processes she has, I just don’t follow. Going on and on about if everyone knows, all these men being in her room, will she still be shy. Just shut up. Also moves at the speed of sound for a virgin. Moving way too fast and mentioning the future and it’s like day 2. Makes me sick.
