Part three of the book goes straight into all types of exercises that are designed to mature an undeveloped STRN (Symmetric Tonic Neck Reflex). Each exercise is very specific and the book supplies photos for those who need to see each exercise. It also goes into gross and fine motor skills exercises that are finalized with writing skills exercises. Great book to have for every ESE teacher in his or her classroom.

Part two of the book literally took me back into time. It discusses how the undeveloped STNR (Symmetric Tonic Neck Reflex) will affect the child's learning process in school when it comes to reading, writing and math. Not only will the child be affected in his or her school but in their home, in sports, music as well as any social activities. Circumventions are recommended here to alleviate the child's difficulties.

This book is very informative which gives the reader a thorough explanation and understanding of why children and adults suffer from ADD, ADHD. Through reading this book I have ventured myself looking up the topic through YouTube and found so much information based on the conditions and strategies when it comes to working with children and adults that have ADHD. The book is very easy to read.
