It's grabbing me by the bits I feel didn't really oughtta be there. I really hate all this Tough Guy stuff, yet this novel has me in thrall. I keep thinking about it and trying to explain it to the boys - with zero success.
I'm not sure how I'll be when I've finished it, but I'm still hanging on to the bit of me that's still me (I think).
