I've had both and I prefer book hangovers...they generally provoke thought, whereas booze hangovers just provoke naps and Netflix. Or "somebody shoot me" levels of discomfort. And yet I still drink as much as I read. Of course, a combined booze/book hangover is a terrible creature... :D
Best feeling in the world if you ask me ;) As for regular hangovers... Let's not forget the pounding headaches and "never again". (Though OF COURSE it's the same about a week later. Of course.)
