It’s not even worth a single star out of five, that’s how shitty this is so far

Not even twenty pages in and I can tell this one is going to be tough to muddle through.

Ugh. I’m really sick of shitty writing and especially the overdone overused telling and not showing.

The inner monologues and excessive explanations about every single fucking thing is annoying as hell.

I barely finished reading the blurb for this book, saw the cover photo, and immediately wanted to read. Hopefully it’s as fantastic as that photo.

And I’d already had the thought that I would’ve been willing to read this even if it ended on a cliffhanger/wasn’t a complete series yet, like I usually do.
