Absolutely beautiful book
if a scholar finds people avoiding something which he knows to be permissible, he should explain to them the right way about it, lest time passes and people start to think that it is forbidden. If this is feared, the scholar should take the initiative and inform people of the correct ruling, even if he is not asked about it. If he is asked, this becomes even more strongly incumbent on him.
