This needs a lot of editing to the flow and content of the story. It feels like she wrote this book as a stand alone story and her publisher said, make it a trilogy and we'll publish it. That when she wrote the first draft- Adrien didn't exist and Marius really died. The first book was such a mess it's good to see this explains things and has some direction. It needs to pick up the pace.
