Chapter 8 was very interesting with the house on fire and the death of Uncle Julian (very unexpected). I read a bit of chapter 9 and it’s kind of boring I’m half way through and it’s basically so far them in house describing how much everything got burnt.

Gets more interesting. I’m learning more about the characters and their personalities. Mary Katherine is very weird and psycho while Constance is more caring and is like a mother.
