Okay some questions are resolved

I’m confused about a lot of things. Is Sia a seraphim? Because I thought she had wings? And do all humans turn into zombies when they die? Is that what the smog is? Where does the smog come from? Who tf is Ehlark Qinan? Why does Sia have a pen pal who knows her name and location at all times? Why does she always keep her word? What is her “power”? Why does she say she’s plus sized but the art isn’t?
