Minus the sexualisation of Angela as a ten-year old and being called an untameable sex imp by the narrator (not in those words, but still) this is actually wildly entertaining. Despite being constantly raped by the hero Angela just has one "Good for Her" moment after another. I hope she shoots Scott a few more times, for good measure. He is such a tool

Hmm, I thought this author was but it seems I was incorrect. I might be thinking of a different author because yeah, when I Googled to check, nothing came up.
That is gross. 10 years old is a whole different level of ewwww. I hope that trope doesn't keep cropping up for your reading in the future... I really wish it did not exist in general. Good luck, Caro!
