You should put The Invention of Disaster by Gaillard on your to-read list if you haven't already! Talks about a lot of problems with arguments made in this book.

Ah yes i am aware of that book, i will try to get hold of a copy. I am trying to read a bunch of high citation books relevant to my research before i start the PhD haha
