Got me in a chokehold… I’m really liking Verity’s character so far. The feeling of being trapped in a life she didn’t ask for, and the desperation of wanting to leave feel very well written, as it considers the internal struggle of a bond between sisters, putting family first, but a need to find oneself, to find happiness… the creepy atmosphere is just as mesmerising and chilling as I remembered it being
