This true story shares a very insightful perspective of Germany's gradual implementation of the "final solution" for the Jews just before and during WWII. It is the story of a young girl with an Aryan father and a Jewish (non-religious) mother. It includes her conversion to Christianity and how her faith sustained her through tremendous trials. Enjoyed reading it with my 10-y.o. daughter.
