tried to give this book the benefit of the doubt due to his success w so many people - it seems waaaay too diet-focused which I've come to the conclusion over the past 4 years is *not* the root of what I'm dealing with. not a program for me right now and creating room to complete "The Patient Will See You Now" which is more in alignment with how I'm going about my recovery.
