Urghhh really wanted to enjoy this. I’ve really enjoyed other collections of essays that navigate the intricacies and experiences of growing up/love/sex/death/addiction but I just can’t quite connect with this. Sometimes I start to feel like I’m getting into it but I just can’t hold it. Finding the author quite jarring to be honest.
