I have mixed feelings, so far. There's way too much "wink wink" at DC and Marvel characters and tropes. At least Thor isn't actually beholden to Marvel. The story is actually pretty cool, just bogged down by "not Superman" references. Art is fantastic. We'll see how the rest plays out.
