Let It Come Down had a little more intriguing plot with thrill and suspense than The Sheltering Sky. It is also written very well overall, but there are a few moments that jarringly switch perspectives between paragraphs with no break or seperation. Despite what it has going for it, it’s another middling story: not great, but not terrible. I don’t see it as a book I’d reread.
