I was hesitant to read this one because a lot of reviews were talking about it being a cash grab, and the exact same as From Blood and Ash, and I’m here to tell you I think those who believe that are wrong. I’m a little over half way in and I’ve enjoyed getting a better look at “Hawke” and what drove his intentions. I’m not usually a fan of retellings but this one is by far an instant fave.
