Whenever I read the word “agile” I hear it in Robert Martin’s nasally voice (i fw Uncle Bob)

Chapter on architecture. Partial information overload, but mostly because I don’t get to make these architecture decisions. Nice shoutout to “Designing Data-Intensive Applications” at the end

Skipped the chapter on on-cal work since it doesn’t really apply to my job. Technical Design was really really valuable

Really great chapter on code review.
Giving and receiving feedback is hard, especially in a pull request.
